Your orders are delivered to the cargo at the earliest within the period specified on the product detail page after receiving bank approval. It depends on the distance of the delivery address to our Istanbul head office and the business of the cargo companies. Products delivered to cargo companies will reach you within 1-3 days on average.
Big volume orders in Istanbul are delivered personally by Lava Akustik. In addition, the installation of Studio DESK products in Istanbul is free. Installation of acoustic panels can be provided for an additional fee. For this, you need to contact our company and get detailed information.
Delivery times of non-stock and special production products vary according to manufacturing time. Delivery information of such products are indicated on the product pages. Premium products and studio tables have special production status.
If there is a failure caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. For this reason, your contact and phone information must be complete and accurate.
No deliveries are made on holidays.
All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by the cargo companies with which we are contracted. In special cases, you will also be informed about the shipment.
The products you purchase will be notified to you via a confirmation email. If any of the products you have selected are not available in stock, an email will be sent to you about the issue and you will be notified of the date when the product will enter the stock.
If the product is not in stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) to a maximum of 45 (forty five) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer between these dates, the payment made will be returned.
